If a beat or song you created with one of our non royalty free samples is to be distributed through or by a major label, clearance terms would be negotiated between the major label and the creators of the sample. If a beat or song you created with one of our royalty free samples is to be distributed through or by a major label, all we ask for is co-production credit on those records in the following form:
