Royalty-Free Terms:

All of our royalty-free sample packs are 100% royalty-free for both selling beats online and independent use, as well as for placements with major artists and labels. Sample clearance guaranteed!

You can use our royalty-free samples in any production—commercial or non-commercial—without ever owing royalties, fees, or additional payments, no matter how successful your track becomes. Once you download it, it’s yours to use forever, no strings attached.

Non-Royalty-Free Terms:

Non-royalty-free sample packs are always clearly marked as such and only make up 5% of our sample catalog. With non-royalty-free sample packs, we differentiate between "Minor Releases" and "Major Releases."

1) Minor Releases:

You may use the sample for recordings in:

  • Your own personal projects
  • Independent releases
  • Beat tapes
  • Selling beats online
  • Mixtapes

…as long as they are not distributed or released via a Major Label (e.g., SonyBMG, UMG, WEA, or their subsidiaries) or a Large Indie Label (e.g., Alamo, Empire, 300, E1, or comparable labels).

✅ No additional cost or publishing splits required.

However, any Minor Release that exceeds one million streams on Apple Music, Spotify, or YouTube will be considered a Major Release and will be subject to the terms outlined below.

2) Major Releases:

A Major Release includes:

  • Any recording distributed or released via a Major Label or Large Indie Label.
  • Any Minor Release that exceeds one million streams on Apple Music, Spotify, or YouTube.

For a Major Release, you must:
(a) Contact us promptly to seek clearance for use of the sample.
(b) Provide a 50/50 split of any Advances, Producer Royalties, and Publishing, including in relation to any sync licenses.
(c) Provide Co-Producer credit (to us or the sample creator) in:

  • Liner notes of any singles or albums (in any format).
  • Advertisements.
  • Wherever metadata permits.


Refunds:

All purchases are final and no refunds may be issued under any circumstances.
DopeBoykits forbids resale or lease or share of any purchased products and inclusion of content contained within our products, into other sample pack, drum kit, or library of any kind.
All of our products are licensed, but not sold to our customers. DopeBoyKits retains full copyright and ownership to all recorded sounds included in our products.
All bundles and discounted prices apply only to the product line at the time of purchase.
By purchasing any products from DopeBoyKits, you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions and that you agree to them.
