We’ve gathered our most Frequently Asked Questions to make our support process faster. Hopefully you can find what you need on this page and if you need further support, don’t hesitate to contact us HERE.
- You should have been redirected to the Purchase Receipt in your account with access to a download button for the product you just bought.
- You also should have received an email with your purchase receipt containing your download link/s for the product/s as well.
In the odd chance either action didn’t happen you may click on the Login Icon in the top right menu bar to access your account. Which you can then navigate to the Orders Tab and then Select “View Receipt” which will show you your email receipt. See the images below for reference.
After filling out your billing info on the checkout page click the “PROCEED TO PAYPAL” button to be redirected to PayPal’s checkout page. It will at first ask if you would like to login. You can simply use the Guest Checkout by clicking the light grey button below that says “Pay with Debit or Credit Card.” You can then begin to fill out your payment info to complete the purchase safely.
